Learning about electricity

Year 2 had a visit from Mr Vickerman, a qualified electrician. He spoke to us all about SAFETY and electricity, showing us safety signs and protective clothing. He showed us tools that help him detect electricity and showed us different cables and their uses.
The children were fascinated by all the equipment and this visit has really enhanced their knowledge and understanding about electricity.
