Netball Tournament

This was a 5 a-side competition and we entered two teams from different year groups.St Mary's A lost to Swinemoor in the Golden Goal shoot-out to come fourth while St Mary's B came second to Walkington in the Golden Goal.

"On Wednesday 21st June we played in a netball tournament. We beat St Nicholas, drew against Kelmarsh and then beat Swinemoor and got into the final. At the end of the final match it was 2-2 against Walkington and we played 5 minutes extra time and lost. But we had a really good time even though the weather wasn't very good." - Kirsty
